Enrolment Information

Cunderdin District High School welcomes new enrolments from Kindergarten to Year 10 into our school. We pride ourselves on offering our students a safe and nurturing learning environment with a strong community spirit; a place where your family will fit right in.
All relevant enrolment forms are available from the Administration Office or via Forms.

Completed forms and accompanying documentation (i.e. birth certificate, medical and immunisation records, court-related orders and documents, special learning requirements) must be returned to the Administration Office.

Immunisation
The Education and Health Departments require immunisation be complete for enrolment and that a photocopy of the AIR(Australian Immunisation Register) statement be received by the school. AIR statements can be obtained through the MyGov/Medicare app or website.
